Retracing my steps, I, Galath Galahad, find myself standing at the precipice of a four-way intersection within these decades-long abandoned ruins. To my front lies the passage leading towards the surface, while the other passages remain shrouded in darkness, holding untold secrets and dangers. The cave to my rear, containing a pond, reveals nothing of interest. I can't help but feel a twinge of disappointment as I realize there's nothing more to explore here.

Suddenly, without warning, four monstrous creatures emerge from the darkness, their eyes gleaming with malevolence. Giant weasels! These oversized vermin charge towards me, ready to pounce at any moment. Their coarse fur ranges in color from brown to gray to red, and they bear sharp teeth and claws, making them formidable adversaries. I suppose it's time for me to show these beasts what I'm truly capable of.

The first weasel lunges at me, but my darkvision allows me to strike true with my battleaxe, dealing a massive amount of damage and ending its pitiful existence. With three enemies remaining, the fight continues as one weasel misses while I retaliate, striking another with my axe, dealing moderate damage.

Regrettably, one of these vile creatures manages to land a life ending bite on me, causing me to suffer massive damage. Thankfully, just as I'm about to meet my untimely end, a mysterious divine healing by an unknown dark god saves me from the brink of death.

The battle rages on, and after some time, I manage to eliminate two more of these creatures, leaving only one remaining. Despite my best efforts, this final weasel delivers a final fatal blow, bringing me to my end. I suppose that's it for me, Galath Galahad.
